When I was young and first started golfing, no one suggested I take lessons. If I only knew then what I know now: golf lessons really help your game.
The very first links course I golfed on was the Links of North Dakota. It was 1997, I was with Adele Obrigewitsch and the course was absolutely stunning.

This past summer, Ruth and I made a stop at the McCrae House in Guelph, Ontario. It was a very interesting visit, perhaps even more interesting as our family has a connection with John McCrae, the soldier who wrote In Flanders Fields.
